30 सितम्बर | भगतसिंह के विचारों के आधार पर संगठित युवा संगठन ‘नौजवान भारत सभा’ ने अपना दूसरा राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन दिल्ली में सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न किया। सम्मेलन में देशभर के 11 राज्यों के क़रीब 400 युवाओं ने भागीदारी की। सम्मेलन के दूसरे दिन खुले सत्र के दौरान कई समर्थकों ने भी भागीदारी की। सम्मेलन का समापन “छात्र-युवा संघर्ष रैली” के साथ हुआ। रैली के दौरान गगनभेदी नारों और पर्चों के माध्यम से दिल्ली के झण्डेवालान इलाक़े में जनता के बीच शहीद-ए-आज़म भगतसिंह की क्रान्तिकारी विरासत को ले जाया गया।
मौजूदा दौर में शिक्षा, चिकित्सा, रोज़गार की स्थिति बद-से-बदतर होती जा रही है। महँगाई, बेरोज़गारी, भ्रष्टाचार जैसे मसलों ने अवाम के बीच निराशा और हताशा का एक माहौल पैदा किया है। इस नाउम्मीदी के आलम को तोड़ने के लिए भगतसिंह के शब्दों में “यह ज़रूरी है कि क्रान्ति की स्पिरिट ताज़ा की जाये ताकि इन्सानियत की रूह में एक हरकत पैदा हो।“ इसी उम्मीद के साथ देशभर में युवा आन्दोलन को संगठित और एकजुट करने के लिए “नौभास” संकल्पबद्ध है।
“नौभास” का प्रथम सम्मेलन वर्ष 2014 में आयोजित किया गया था। द्वितीय सम्मेलन में पिछले 9 वर्षों में किए गए कामों का समीक्षा-समाहार पेश करते हुए एक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गयी। साथ ही बदलते वक़्त को देखते हुए नौभास के पुराने संविधान और घोषणापत्र में सदन की सहमति से कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव किये गये। इसके उपरान्त सम्मेलन के दौरान “नौभास” की नयी कार्यकारिणी और पदाधिकारियों का चुनाव भी हुआ। आशीष को अध्यक्ष, इन्द्रजीत अरविन्द को महासचिव, नीशू को उपाध्यक्ष और मित्रसेन को कोषाध्यक्ष चुना गया।
आज समाज के पोर-पोर में फिरकापरस्ती, धर्मान्धता, कट्टरता और अतार्किकता का घटाटोप फैल गया है। भाजपा के फ़ासीवादी शासन ने सत्ता में काबिज़ रहते हुए सभी लोकतान्त्रिक-धर्मनिरपेक्ष-प्रगतिशील मूल्यों पर हमला बोल रही है। जनता के बुनियादी हक़ों को भी दमन के बुल्डोज़र से कुचला जा रहा है। ऐसे में प्रगतिशील छात्र-युवा आन्दोलन की एक बड़ी भूमिका बन जाती है। हमें यक़ीन है कि जीवन से जुड़े असल मुद्दों को उठाते हुए ही जनता की जुझारू एकजुटता क़ायम की जा सकती है और फ़ासीवादी गुण्डा गिरोहों को परास्त किया जा सकता है। नौभास के सम्मेलन का समापन इसी हौसले के साथ हुआ कि आज के दौर में भगतसिंह, सुखदेव, राजगुरु, चन्द्रशेखर “आज़ाद”, अशफाक़, बिस्मिल जैसे क्रान्तिकारियों के पैग़ाम को अवाम के ले जाने के “नौभास” के मक़सद को और शिद्दत से अंज़ाम दिया जायेगा और अगले सम्मेलन से पहले “नौभास” के काम को एक नयी ऊॅंचाई, नयी बुलन्दी पर पहुॅंचाया जायेगा।
Second National Conference of “NBS” successfully concluded with “Student-Youth Struggle Rally”!!
September 30, New Delhi, Naujawan Bharat Sabha organized its second national conference at Ambedkar Bhawan, Delhi. More than 400 representatives from 11 states of the country participated in this event. Naujawan Bharat Sabha took out “Student-Youth Struggle Rally” during which the revolutionary legacy of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh taken to the public by resounding revolutionary slogans and distributing pamphlets in Jhandewalan area of Delhi.
In the present times, the situation of education, healthcare and employment is worsening day by day. Problems like inflation, unemployment, and corruption have created an atmosphere of disappointment and frustration among the people. To break this impasse and lethargy, in the words of Bhagat Singh, “It is necessary to engender a spirit of revolution, so as to cause stir in the spirit of humanity.” With this hope and goal, and with a right direction, “NBS” is determined to organize and unite the youth movement across the country.
The first conference of “NBS” was organized in the year 2014. In the second conference, a report presenting a review of the work done in the last 9 years was presented. At the same time, in view of the changing times, some important amendments were made in the old constitution and manifesto of NBS with the consent of the House. After this, during the conference, new executive, and office bearers of “NBS” were also elected. Ashish was elected President, Inderjeet was elected General Secretary, Mitrasen was elected Vice President and Nishu was elected Treasurer.
Today, sectarianism, fanaticism, orthodoxy, and irrationality have spread in every nook and corner of the society. The fascist regime of BJP, while remaining in power, has attacked all democratic-secular-progressive values. Even the basic rights of the people are being crushed with the bulldozer of repression. In such a situation, the progressive student-youth movement, plays a huge role. We believe that only by raising the real issues related to our life, a radical unity of the masses can be established and the fascist hooligan gangs can be defeated. The conference of NBS ended with the same enthusiasm and resolution that in today’s era, the message of revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Rajguru, Chandrashekhar “Azad”, Ashfaq, and Bismil will be taken to the people with even more Vigor and before the next conference, the work of “NBS” will be taken to a new height.
